Job Purpose
As a Finance Operations Associate, you are responsible for the oversight and management of several Finance activities, ensuring the execution of day to day financial operations at MoonLake.

- Conduct a variety of finance operations including payment reconciliation and accounts payable, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved; manage payroll operations to guarantee precise and punctual employee compensation; and oversee expenses management to monitor and control corporate spending efficiently.
- Conduct thorough financial controls testing to maintain the integrity and reliability of financial data.
- Develop and optimise financial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the finance department with the creation of detailed reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Provide regular updates and communicate progress on financial activities to the Director of Finance.
