Job Purpose
The Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition & HR plays a key role in driving MoonLake’s growth by managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting core HR operational and development activities. This role contributes to the delivery of our people strategy by ensuring effective hiring, data accuracy, and process improvement across the employee lifecycle.

- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand needs and define hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Maintain and update the recruitment module in the HRIS, ensuring real-time accuracy of candidate data and status.
- Create and manage job postings across platforms; ensure alignment with brand and budget.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies to support strategic talent pipelines.
- Conduct reference checks and support offer preparation in collaboration with the HRBP.
- Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs via dashboards and ongoing data analysis.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data privacy and audit standards.
- Support HR lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, and performance management cycles.
- Track and record employee training and learning and development activities.
- Contribute to the creation, rollout, and refinement of HR policies, templates, and procedures.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, including events and culture projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize HR tools, systems, and workflows.
