Job Purpose
As the Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, you will not only lead the financial planning process of the Company, but will also assist in purchase to pay operations.

- Lead financial planning processes, development of detailed budget and financial forecasts, including collaborating with senior management members of the respective functions.
- Consolidate, analyze and summarize data from inputs coming from business partners for management reporting.
- Track quarterly financial reports, analyzing differences between results and original budget, in costs and headcount (and sales in the future when we commercialize).
- Drive productivity improvements of FP&A tasks and company activities.
- Oversee P2P operations, including contracts and PO Management, invoice processing and travel & expense management.
- Manage and ensure development of a team of FP&A and P2P professionals.
