Job Purpose
The Senior Executive Assistant provides a full range of administrative and logistics support to the Executive Board, primarily to the CEO, CSO and CFO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This person will act as a gatekeeper, ensuring the executive's time is managed effectively and all tasks are executed seamlessly. This person will be a key player in the Investor Relations (IR) and Business Development (BD) activities of the Company, working under the guidance of the Director of IR & BD.

- Executive Support:
- Manage the Executive’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Perform all organizational activities related to the IR and BD activities of the Company, including but not limited to, enrolments in IR events, preparation of investor meeting calendars, coordination of IR dinners, non-deal roadshows and individual meetings
- Support in BD activities on a need-to basis
- Support the Head of IR & BD
- Supporting in preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Handle incoming, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Ensure room/venue set up is complete. For example, catering and key equipment required for the meeting.
- Travel Management:
- Arrange high volume and highly detailed travel plans (flights, hotels, transportation, visa, meals) itineraries, and agendas, ensuring seamless execution.
- Prepare and process expense reports and other financial documentation related to travel.
- Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Miscellaneous:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff members
- Some travel may be required depending on location.
